Everything in The Real V shop is made by me–a person, not a machine. There will be variances in the hand-stamped pieces. Each impression will NOT be perfectly straight or centered, unlike machine stamped pieces; and, it’s the hand-stamped quality that makes the piece unique and charming.

Refunds and Exchanges:
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your Real V purchase, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) so we can work out a reasonable solution. I do not issue refunds because of the custom and personalized nature of each piece. I offer exchanges on items that break because of poor construction or defective materials on my part within the first 30 days of purchase. It is always my intention to create high quality pieces, but sometimes errors occur and I will do my best to fix that item, or replace it. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Standard shipping from the Real V is USPS FIRST CLASS. Order totals over $100 will be insured. International shipping times fluctuate substantially. Shipping upgrades are available. Contact email@example.com for more information and prices. Once a package leaves our possession, the Real V is not responsible for it.

All items are handmade after the order is received. Production time on orders with 1-3 items normally ship 5-10 days after purchase. Production on orders with 4 or more items will ship 1-3 weeks after purchase (depending on season and shop volume). Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
